My name is Elizabeth Sango and I am a Licensed Conveyancer who in the middle of a pandemic, started my own business and am currently located in Box Hill. I am a highly qualified professional who is passionate about Conveyancing.

I pride myself on guiding my clients through the legal process of buying and selling property with knowledge, direction, understanding and compassion. I believe the highest compliment to me and my business, is if my clients refer their family and friends to me. I work closely with my clients (and all parties involved) to ensure that the conveyancing process runs smoothly.

My correspondence is tailored to my clients individual needs to ensure that my clients are receiving the information they require at vital times in the conveyancing process. I monitor anticipated settlement dates and other relevant dates in the Contract of Sale such as finance approval dates and building and pest inspection dates and keep my clients and their broker and Bank updated and prepared. Moreover, I have extensive knowledge of conveyancing through both experience, education and training. Additionally, I also have extensive experience acting for both vendors and purchasers for residential existing properties (house, units, townhouses, apartments and vacant land) as well as residential “off the plan” properties including vacant land and “off the plan” builds. I also assist my clients with lodging documentation for subdivisions and transfers of ownership of property.
